Marcos Pizza Grill started with a simple dream — to bring authentic marco's pizza to the heart of Marco Island, Florida. Founded by Marco and Elena Russo, our restaurant opened its doors on South Collier Boulevard with nothing more than a wood-fired oven, family recipes passed down through generations, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

2004
Marcos Opens Its Doors

Marco and Elena Russo open the first marco's pizza grill at 400 S Collier Blvd, Marco Island. A single wood-fired oven and a family recipe book — that's all it took to spark something special.

2008
Expanding the Menu

After four years of sellout pizzas, we expanded our offerings to include pasta, grilled specialties, and house-made desserts — becoming a full marcos grill experience for the entire family.

2012
Best Pizza on Marco Island Award

Marcos wins its first "Best Pizza" recognition from the Marco Island community, a milestone that validated everything we'd worked for. The accolade put marcos pizza firmly on the map for visitors and locals alike.

2016
Renovation & Outdoor Terrace

We renovated our dining room and added a sun-drenched outdoor terrace to soak in the Florida air. Seating doubled, and so did the smiles. Marco pizza lovers now had even more reasons to linger.

2021
Online Ordering Launches

We launched our digital ordering platform so that marcos fans could enjoy their favorite pizzas and grill items from the comfort of home. Delivery and curbside pickup became an overnight hit across Marco Island.

2024
Celebrating 20 Years

Two decades of serving the finest marco's pizza on the island! We celebrated with a community feast, introduced new seasonal menu items, and look ahead to the next 20 years of bringing people together over great food.
